Riana, Jenny and their team of nurses have been amazing. Riana is knowledgeable, a great communicator and always takes the time to explain exam findings and treatment options. Very thorough, would recommend. I’ve had a better than expected experience with her. I would trust her with my dogs any day. My Westie had a massive grass seed in this paw which they removed on the same day as the consult. Bless. Their little doggie bags that they give you after a procedure are so cute and a lovely touch to show that they care.

How can l tell you how wonderful all staff are there. They are friendly, pet and parent focussed, understanding and highly professional. Warm and show fabulous empathy and compassion. Their skills are wide and current. They work well together and with both pets and parents. I'm so lucky when dealing with Shepp Vet clinic.

The staff took wonderful care of me and my dog, Gomez. After 16 years of unconditional love, I faced the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize him. Their compassion allowed me to take my time, and they provided a beautiful print of Gomez's paws to cherish. They graciously offered me the weekend to decide on his cremation, and with their support, I chose to honour his memory in that way. I would highly recommend Shepparton Veterinary Clinic. 💙

I’ve been taking our wee ones (Frenchies) to the Shepp Vet Clinic since August 2022. The team, both the Customer Service team and Vets are both caring and extremely knowledgeable. Benson - 3years (my son’s baby), Mia - 2years, Kobe - 17months (my other son’s baby) and Bodhi (20 weeks) all attend for vaccinations etc. The team are great with them and take a great interest in their wellbeing… Mia recently had her first litter to Benson and the team were great and provided heaps of support!! Highly recommend this team.

Dear Readers, My fur baby was unwell. So I had to take her to visit the animal doctor and I chose this wonderful clinic in Wanganui road. Let me tell you all my dear readers I am so glad I did, from my initial phone conversations with the amazing reception staff to the kind and compassionate support I received from my lovely veterinarian. I could not fault the team at the clinic. If your fur baby is ever is in need of help with their health care needs look no further.

Everyone at the clinic have been friendly, helpful and all round excellent. My cat Nano has a complex medical condition to manage and with the outstanding above and beyond help and care of the vet (Dr.S.R.) has given my precious Nano a quality of life where she hardly knows she is sick. I get the latest information on treatments. The vet(and reception) makes sure that every visit to the vet is low stress as they give my special girl the care and attention tailored for her, so much so that my normally "spicy" girl now shares head bonks and boops with the vet and even the occasional happy purr during consults. *High five*. The clinic also do gap only, which takes all the pain out of actually using pet insurance. Two pics are from latest visit, third is unrelated and just her enjoying life.
